Role: DCoE Processor
Deal Centre of Excellence (DCoE)
DCOE team is responsible for:
- Create New, Renewal and Mid-term CPSs (Customer/Channel Partner Pricing Sheets), Deal Books and supporting documents such as: Amendments, Product Selection Forms, Discount Transparency Discloser Forms and Internal CPSs with discounts
- Post documents for approvals and assemble agreement consolidation proposals to support Worldwide Sales Teams in EA Consolidation efforts
- Support Worldwide Licensing sales teams and onboarded Partners with creation and ad-hoc changes/enhancements to CPSs, Deal Books and supporting documents, for contract negotiations
- Work on individual DCoE Projects regarding one-off project efforts in various areas of the licensing support business for Worldwide sales team
Job Description:
- Requirement gathering from multiple tools, recalculating products prices, and applying other custom adjustments
- Setting up from scratch and generating preliminary and final version of pricing sheets (Excel sheets) using internal tools
- Reviewing pricing proposals to ensure they are compliant and adhere to MS volume licensing policies, assuring that pricing proposal have ‘on custom adjustments’ done
- crating Deal Books (which provides Microsoft Sales Representatives with historical data and helps to plan for future orders)
- creating various supporting documentation as part of proposal package
Candidates Should have : –
- Good communication and English-speaking skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Should have intermediate Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, formatting, data sort, etc)
- Willing to work in a 24/7 environment
- Candidates must be open to work in night shifts
- The candidate must meet the KPI’s
- Should be good with logical reasoning and numbers
