We’re looking for Trainee Software Engineers to become part of our vibrant IT team. This position is perfect for recent graduates eager to put their academic learning into practice and gain hands-on experience in the IT industry.   • Job Title: Trainee Software Engineer
  • Experience: Freshers
  • CTC Offered: 45,000 per month & Performance Bonus of Rs. 1.5 Lakhs over 2 years.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Highest Qualification: BE/ B.Tech
  • Year of passing: 2023
  • Specialisation: Information Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and related branches.
  • Education: 60% or 6 CGPA throughout 10th, 12th and B./B.Tech
  • Strong understanding of fundamental concepts in computer science, including programming, algorithms, data structures, and databases.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or C/C++.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support and assist senior engineers in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Participate in the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy IT solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of software applications, operating systems, and network devices.
  • Contribute to documentation efforts including creating technical specifications, user guides, and system manuals.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the field of information technology.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users to resolve IT-related problems and inquiries.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

  • 30-45 minutes session by Columbia Sports Team, followed by a 15-30-minute Q&A session.)

Face-to-Face Interviews (June 3, 2024)

  • 1st Round – Technical
