Description: Language AgentLocation: Romania (Remote)Position Type: Part-timeDescription:As a Language-Specific Resource, you will contribute your language expertise to execute project-specific tasks, including choosing the best options from provided sets, labeling data, translations, re-writes, testing features, and generating content based on predefined criteria.

Responsibilities also include reviewing the work of team members, providing insightful feedback to ensure quality control, and actively participating in maintaining or increasing project velocity over time. You will also need to handle translations between your target language and English, ensuring high-quality reading and writing skills in both.

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide high-quality project-specific tasks in English or the target language without compromising velocity.

•Execute translations between the target language and English, maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

•Provide insightful and constructive feedback to enhance the quality of work produced by other language resources.

•Collaborate to address language-related challenges and contribute to the overall success of cross-functional projects.•Utilize advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel to manage and solve project tasks efficiently.

•Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex and ambiguous issues.•Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met.Additional Requirements:

•High level of proficiency in English and almost native/local level proficiency in the language hired for.

•Proven experience in executing language-specific tasks with a focus on maintaining quality and velocity.

•Experience with Google Sheets and Excel, with the ability to solve projects within these platforms.

•Excellent reading and writing skills in both English and the target language for high-quality translation tasks.

•Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on the work of other language-specific resources.

•Strong communication skills to effectively relate and solve issues within the team, ensuring smooth collaboration and meeting tight deadlines.
