Duties and Responsibilities:
· Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications.
· Testing and deploying programs and systems.
· Fixing and improving existing software.
· Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
· Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
· Integrate software components and third-party programs.
· Verify and deploy programs and systems.
· Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
· Gather and evaluate user feedback.
· Recommend and execute improvements.
· Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B. Tech. (CS/IT/EC)/MCA/M. Tech. (CS/IT)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies:
- Understanding & experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
- Experience in coding languages like Java,J2EE or C++ or Python, Linux, Shell Script etc.
- Knowledge frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git).
- Knowledge with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate).
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Attention to detail.
What we look for?
- Minimum of 0-6 months Software development experience.
· Adaptable within a fast-paced environment.
· Capable of handling multiples projects/initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion.
· Must have positive and professional verbal and written communication skills and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
· Ability to challenge and manage the change of status quo.
· Telco experience would be preferred.
