We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Web App Development Engineer to join our team. As an entry-level member, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our ReactJS-based web applications. You will work closely with Backend Engineers to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and learning in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

1. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using ReactJS.
2. Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance across devices.
3. Develop reusable React components and libraries for efficient project development.
4. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mock-ups into functional components.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
6. Conduct thorough testing of front-end components to identify and fix bugs or issues.
7. Optimize web application performance through code optimization and performance tuning techniques.
8. Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in web technologies and tools.
9. Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and insights.
10. Assist in troubleshooting and debugging production issues as needed, ensuring smooth operation of web applications.

Requirements

Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
2. Good problem-solving abilities.
3. Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable.
4. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
5. Good presentation skills.
6. Should be able to travel for business purposes.
7. Should have knowledge about Software development life cycle (SDLC), Software manual testing, Agile methodology, Version control using GitHub, and Responsive web design.
8. Should be Intermediate level in Programming languages: Java Script, UI styling in CSS, React JS

1. Completed Bachelor or Master degree with minimum 7.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:

• Computer Science / Computer Applications
• Information Technology
• Electrical / Electronics

2. Freshers are eligible to apply
3. Maximum total experience should not exceed 1 year.

Benefits

1. Salary in the Training period of the first 6 months: INR 30,000/month for a Master’s degree candidate and INR 25,000/month for a bachelor’s degree candidate.
2. After training and evaluation, you will be converted to Full-time employment and salary package will be revised.
3. If experienced, salary will be negotiated in the interview.
4. Medical Insurance coverage for Employees will be provided.
